• The building will feature an executive skylounge at the 47th floor.
• Other amenities of the building include function rooms, a health club, restaurants, a spacious food court and a rooftop helipad.
• The Union Bank Plaza was originally known as the World Finance Plaza. The original developer was Megaworld Properties, but in 1998 or 1999 the entire project was taken over by Union Properties Inc., the real estate arm of Union Bank.
