  • The top of the tower ends with an architectural feature shaped as a curved glass sail.
  • Original plans called for 37 occupiable floors. This was increased to 42 at a hearing on February 17, 2003.
  • On December 10, 2003 support from the Urban Design Panel was 6-4 in favour.
  • The 5,800 square-foot penthouse sold for $10 million in August 2007, buying 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 10-foot-high ceilings, 5 patios, 40-foot-long lap pool, private 5-car garage, and 24-hour concierge service from the next door luxury boutique Loden Hotel.
  • The Melville Sky Garden on the rooftop features unobstructed panoramic views, complete with patio, 40 foot pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness centre, all landscaped with soft planted gardens.
  • The tower incorporates many sustainability features such as copper cladding, trees and gardens, steam heat, rainwater retention for irrigation, and recycled heavy timber retail facades.
  • Upon completion this will be the tallest all-residential tower in Vancouver, surpassing West One, and also in western Canada.
